Issue 139: Refactor the database backend

The Pluf_DB_PostgreSQL, Pluf_DB_SQLite and Pluf_DB_MySQL classes 
should extends Pluf_DB src:src/Pluf/DB.php

This should remove some duplication in the code and allow easier 
testing.
