Issue 487: Mercurial support

I've created a new free account forge, but I apparently can't create 
a project with a Mercurial repository. Why is that?

The Mercurial support is not yet enabled on the hosted forge for 
performance/security reasons. I am going to hire an experienced 
Mercurial user/admin to get that done. This will most likely be end 
of July. I tried to do it myself since months and always end up 
pushing that "to later". This is why I will put the money 
on the table to get that done.

It may come earlier than that if only SSH access is enabled (this is 
part of the process I know well).
