Issue 803: Table of content with "[object Object]"

Hi,

since 1.3 migration, I have [object Object] in my "Table of 
Content".

I think the error is in the JS of the wiki toc generation, near this 
token.

jQuery.fn.text([this])

This code was already in the release 1.2, but jQuery have been 
updated.
