Issue 732: Url of uploaded files and avatars

Hello,

I'm running indefero 1.

The uploaded avatars aren't displayed if we change url_upload and 
path_upload.

When displaying avatars, url_upload should be used instead of 
'{media}/upload/avatars/'.

I propose this attached patch (from the master branch).
