Issue 716: provide Content-MD5 header to HTTP clients for file downloads

The feature.content-md5 branch adds the Content-MD5 header to 
downloads, so clients that use it can validate that the transfer is 
correct.

It also removes the redirect from /downloads/get/[filename] to 
/media/uploads, allowing to prevent public access to that directory, 
so private files aren't guessable.
