Issue 66: Install doesn't work

Error message at installation with 0.4.0 (I had it also on update, 
so I ereased my DB to try the install) :

$ php src/migrate.php --conf=src/IDF/conf/idf.php -a -d -i

Install all the apps
Pluf_Migrations_Install_setup
IDF_Migrations_Install_setup
Error: Undefined index:  blob

You need the latest version of Pluf. Very latest. The support of the 
blobs was added recently.
