Issue 609: Git repo without master branch

When you go to the source view, indefero try to show to master 
branch, and redirect to an exception if it can't show it.

I think, we need to show the next existing branch instead of  this 
exception.

Photon haven't master branch yet

I don't know if "any" next branch is a good default - I'd 
rather let the project admin explicitely select his default branch 
for his project. The monotone plugin actually does so already and 
stores a "mtn_master_branch" setting in the project 
configuration. This could easily be moved to a general option for 
all the VCS plugins.

I add the branch list, to easily jump to another good branch.
