Issue 532: Allow projects to be archived

It would be nice to be able to have a flag on projects that are 
active/archived/closed so that when there are a lot of projects 
available, the list does not get too cumbersome.

To clarify, this would make the project list only show the active 
projects by default with some additional page or toggle to show all 
projects.

This is a good idea - I'd think a simple global tag system would 
again be the solution for this. This would also allow to easily 
categorize an open forge with many different projects.

I think also that is be a good idea. Currently we can't hidden a 
project whitout remove it.
