Actually Indefero refuse ssh public key with a empty comment ! But, 
the comment field can be empty in a ssh public key.

See : man 8 sshd
...
the comment field is not used for anything (but may be convenient 
for the user to identify the key)
....


So you must accept ssh public key with a empty comment field.
