Issue 489: Improve links to Markdown documentation

Currently only a link to Markdown Extra syntax is available in the 
left panel when writing doc, the standard syntax doc must be 
accessed through links from the extra doc...

It seems more coherent to have a link to standard syntax first and a 
link to the extra syntax, this is what this patch does

Talking about the wiki edition contextual info : maybe it lacks an 
explanation about how to include the content of a repo file ?

this tiny tiny patch tries to explain this, but I'm sure the english 
can be improved.
