Issue 477: Project SORT BY is not intuitive

Project list sorts by shortname, which is really a machinereadable 
name, not for humans.

I changed to sort by name, which is what humans reading the page 
expect. (well, this human does.)

Hi br3nda! Thanks for your first patch! I upgraded to the latest 
Ubuntu from my more than 2 year old hardy install, so I will be able 
to apply it only later this week.

This has been fixed in the meantime, right? At least on my setup (
http://code.monotone.ca) the order is correct, i.e. by name and not 
by shortname.
