Have an easy way of coding InDefero plugins that include their own 
tabs, either on forge level, or at project level. 

Tabs that are added to project level should be able to configure 
under Project Management.

This will enable independent developers to fix issues like issue 140
, issue 141 and issue 191.

PS! I think i saw this suggested earlier somewhere, either in an 
issue, or on the mailinglist.
