Issue 430: git-http-backend

User a new feature of git (since git 1.6.6) : git-http-backend. This 
backend permit to use http/https to access the git repositories 
instead of ssh or git protocols.

We could have an anonymous access for public project easily, see

Agree. As soon as git 1.6.6+ becomes mainstream, I will in fact drop 
the support of SSH and go full HTTP with client/server SSL 
certificate.

HTTP is way better as one can use load balancing, proxies etc.
