I'm having a little trouble getting started: $ git clone email@example.com:boostpro/test.git Initialized empty Git repository in /private/tmp/test/.git/ fatal: '/home/git/repositories/boostpro/test.git': unable to chdir or not a git archive fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly Can you help? I have uploaded 2 ssh keys, and it used to be complaining about that, so I presume they're done "synchronizing." Thanks, Dave

Can't you try without the boostpro path ? (in the conf/idf.php) Is apache (or www-data) in the git group ? Is there group write rights ? Things I've learned from here : - have you disabled selinux (if on centos or redhat) ? Most important : Have you first pushed to the remote remote a locally created test.git ? Repo is created after you first push a local git repo. As i is not created, you can't "git clone" from the server while this first step is not done. Loïc, you really have to change the order of the help displayer after project ceation !

I'm sorry, I guess you didn't notice that I'm using the official hosted indefero.net installation, which means I have no admin control over the host machine. No, I didn't first push to the remote; the instructions claim I can start by pulling. After pushing up a repo, things seem to work. Thanks. Loïc, I agree that the help after project creation should be improved. GitHub would make a good example. Thanks!

For hosted indefero, the issue tracker is over there: http://projects.ceondo.com/p/indeferoapp/

Well, I guess I'll go over there and add a ticket that says the support link at indefero.net should lead there. :-/

Dave, contact me directly support at ceondo.com. When you email me you always get an answer no later than the next business day. I keep the ticket as new, to close it when I get this problem solved.
