Issue 414: Add References header in email - Issue tracking, code review, source browser for git, mercurial, subversion and monotone.

When emails are sent to inform developers on a ticket they are not 
referenced to each other. It would be nice to have this header 
present in the email so that common clients like Thunderbird sort 
the emails received by Indefero in a threaded view which helps to 
identify updates on the same workstream.

Added in commit 0056e3f, I have done it only for the issue emails 
for the moment. If you can pull the latest version of Indefero and 
tells me if it work as expected I would be pleased.

Hi Loïc, I tried to pull the commit but my git clone is refused. Is 
there anything to consider when specifying the ssh-key?

I pulled Indefero and Pluf master on Friday and checked if emails 
are sent with the header attached. Unfortunately there is no email 
sent at all. My local mail.log shows no delivery.

I confirmed this problem with the 0.8.11 archive available for 
download. I'm not receiving emails from Indefero anymore. With 0.8.8 
everything is still fine.
