Issue 288: indefero on php5.3 complains about deprecated split()

Similar to http://projects.ceondo.com/p/pluf/issues/233/, this 
replaces all split() calls with explode() or preg_split(), as 
appropriate.

I also implemented SQLite migrations for 12DownloadDesc as this is 
an addition that can be supported.
