Issue 210: Sub-tabs links not follows the active branche in Source view - Issue tracking, code review, source browser for git, mercurial and subversion.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the Source view (master branch is active).
2. Click on Change Log link.
3. Switch to another branch.
4. Click on Source Tree link.

Actual results:
InDefero switch to the master branch. 

Expected results:
I would like to stay up in the same branch.

Fixed in commit bc43450. Thanks for the patch, it helped me as I had 
to fix a stack of other bugs at the same time.
