Issue 145: Code reviews don't show up in the timeline

They are also not linked by "code review 8" in a ticket 
(or even just "review 8".

If they are supposed to be a first class member of a project, I 
think they should get the visibility, too.

You are right, in fact this is not done because the data models are 
not good enough to do that nicely. I really need to improve the code 
review.

Fixed in commit 646cf64. This was long, way too long... Thanks for

Done in commit 6c5fde7. End of the story (still the code review 
needs polishing, but it is not that bad anymore).
