Issue 136: Alias e-mail for users accounts

If a user has multiple email addresses, it would be nice to list 
them all in the profile.

This feature can be useful if the email address assigned to a commit 
is the user's email address but not the one indicated in the profile.

The API key can be used to authenticate the users, like github.

Attached patches (on top of develop) provide this.
I tested
- migration (up and down)
- adding addresses
- removing addresses
- selecting a new primary address
- monotone SCM backend lookup of secondary addresses

But I'd like to have someone with more experience in web frameworks 
(eg. Loïc :-)) review it, so I didn't just push it to develop.
