Issue 126: Easy link to a file in the repository from the tickets and doc pages

It should be possible to do something like:

src:path/to/file.ext 
file path/to/file.ext

and get a direct link to the file in the repository. I like the idea 
of not having to learn special syntaxes and simply having the 
parsing being smart. I will see if I can find a regular expression 
which can auto detect a path without matching a URL.

Ok, now you can make a link src:AUTHORS or
src:src/IDF/Scm.php thanks to commit 9bcf99e.
